- Hoodies covering the head are not permitted.
- Five O Fore Golf + Entertainment is a smoke-free environment. This policy includes all forms of smoking: e-cigarettes, pipes, hookas, and chewing tobacco are not permitted on the premises.
- Guests 17 years of age or younger must be supervised by an adult.
- No large bags or backpack allowed. Bags subject to search upon entry.
- No outside food or drinks, please. Our fantastic Louisiana curated menu will leave your taste buds begging for more!

- Five O Fore Golf + Entertainment is a pet-free venue. This includes dogs, therapy, and emotional support or comfort animals. Only service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted.
