Five O Fore Golf + Entertainment is a smoke-free environment. This policy includes all forms of smoking: e-cigarettes, pipes, hookas, and chewing tobacco are not permitted on the premises.
Guests 17 years of age or younger must be supervised by an adult.
No large bags or backpack allowed. Bags subject to search upon entry.
No outside food or drinks, please. Our fantastic Louisiana curated menu will leave your taste buds begging for more!
No Guns/Weapons
Five O Fore Golf + Entertainment is a pet-free venue. This includes dogs, therapy, and emotional support or comfort animals. Only service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted.

Is pricing based on the number of guests or per bay?
The pricing is per bay, not per person. Each bay can accommodate up to 6 guests.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All changes or cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation.
Do you accept walk-in guests?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome.
Can guests under 18 visit without an adult?
Guests aged 17 and under must be supervised by an adult while on the premises.
How do I participate in the Long Drive Competition?
Just select the “HIT IT” game—it's our Monthly Long Drive Competition!
Do you have free parking?
Yes! We have a large on-site parking lot available free of charge for all our guests.
Do you provide golf clubs?
You know it! We offer clubs at no additional cost for everyone — adults, kids, and left-handed players.
